I'm Todd Aycock, founder of Kynexa Consulting.

For over a decade, I worked inside big pharma across patient access, procurement, and clinical operations. Three very different functions, which meant I got a front-row seat to something most people in any single department never see: where silos form, where handoffs break down, and why a well-designed fix doesn't always survive contact with a real organization.

I started Kynexa Consulting to bring that same pattern recognition to small and mid-sized biotech and pharma companies. These are companies scaling fast, approaching a first commercial launch, preparing for an inspection, or coming out of a merger. They're at exactly the inflection point where the processes that worked at a smaller size start to break, and where the same problems tend to keep resurfacing no matter who tries to fix them.

My approach comes down to three things, done in order. First, find the real problem. It's usually hiding in the handoffs between departments, not inside any one of them. Second, implement the solution. This means hands-on work, not just handing over a plan. Third, make it stick, because a fix nobody adopts doesn't count as a fix.

I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and change management practitioner. The credentials aren't the point, though. The point is finding what's actually broken, fixing it at the root, and making sure it stays fixed.
